Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached this User Agreement or used the site unlawfully.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This User Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your own country.

General
If any part of this User Agreement is found unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign our rights and obligations; you may not assign without our written consent. No waiver is effective unless in writing.
