Looking for a PropertySex Free Trial? Here is the short answer. PropertySex does not hand out free accounts, but it does sell a 2 day trial for $1.00. The whole site is built around one fun idea: real estate agents who will do anything to close the deal. This guide walks you through what the PropertySex free trial really costs, what it turns into after the trial, what you get inside, how to cancel in time and whether it is worth trying in 2026.
What is the PropertySex Free Trial?
PropertySex is a roleplay site where every scene starts as a house viewing. An agent shows a buyer or renter around a real home, the conversation turns, and the deal gets closed in the bedroom, the kitchen or the pool. Most scenes are shot POV in real houses and apartments, which gives them a more natural look than studio sets. It runs on the Aylo platform alongside brands like Mofos.
The home page has a Viral Videos row and menus for Videos, Models, Channels and Categories, so there is more to browse than the name suggests. People search for a PropertySex free trial because the concept is simple, a bit silly and very easy to enjoy in short sessions.
One thing to know before you pay: PropertySex calls this a limited access trial. In plain words, you can log in, browse and stream, but some extras such as downloads and parts of the back catalog can stay locked until you move to a paid plan. It is still a fair way to test the site, just do not expect every feature for $1.00.
PropertySex Free Trial price and plans in 2026
We opened the PropertySex join page ourselves in September 2026 and wrote down every plan. Here is what you pay up front, in US dollars.
- 2 day trial: $1.00 for two days, streaming only, limited access and no downloads. Renews at $39.99 every 30 days unless you cancel.
- 30 day streaming only: $24.99, renews at $24.99. No downloads.
- 30 day streaming plus downloads: $34.99, renews at $34.99.
- 12 month streaming plus downloads: $119.99 in one payment, about $9.99 a month.
Sales tax can be added depending on where you live, so check the final total on the checkout screen before you confirm. If the checkout shows an extra offer for another site, you can skip it and still get your trial.
Which PropertySex plan gives you the best value?
Here is what each option costs per day during the first billing period.
The PropertySex Free Trial is the cheapest way to take a look. The catch is what happens next. Look at what a full year costs if you simply forget about the trial and let it keep renewing:
So the smart move is simple. Use the trial to decide, then either cancel or switch to the yearly plan, which works out to about 33 cents a day. Letting the trial roll on at $39.99 a month is the most expensive way to keep PropertySex.
What do you get with a PropertySex membership?
- Real estate roleplay where every scene starts as a house viewing.
- POV scenes in real homes rather than studio sets.
- Viral videos, channels and categories to browse beyond the main idea.
- Streaming only or streaming plus downloads plans to fit your budget.
- HD playback on phone, tablet and desktop.
- Clear billing through Probiller with phone, chat and online cancellation.
Watch out for the add on at checkout
When we reached the PropertySex checkout, it showed an extra offer to add Mofos content for $1 for 3 days, which then renews at $39.97 every 30 days. There is a clear No thanks option. Unless you really want Mofos as well, pick No thanks so you are only billed for PropertySex. If you do like Mofos, our Mofos free trial guide explains that site on its own.

- Click any Start Your Free Trial button on this page to open the official PropertySex join page.
- Pick the 2 day option priced at $1.00. That is the PropertySex Free Trial.
- Enter an email you actually read and pick a password. Your receipt and cancel confirmation land there.
- Add your card, read the total, skip any extra offers you do not want and confirm.
- Log in straight away. Your 48 hour clock starts the moment you join.
How to cancel the PropertySex trial before you are charged
If you do nothing, the PropertySex Free Trial turns into a $39.99 plan after two days. Cancelling takes a couple of minutes because billing runs through Probiller, the same biller used by the big Aylo sites.
- Online: open the support or cancellation page at the bottom of the site, log in with your signup email and cancel.
- Live chat: the quickest route if you want it done right now.
- Phone: the number printed on your bank statement next to the charge.
- Email confirmation: you get one once it is cancelled, so keep it as proof.
The checkout itself says you can cancel anytime by phone, chat or online. Your two days keep running even after you cancel, so do it early.
Is the PropertySex Free Trial safe?
Yes, as long as you join through the official page, which is where our buttons send you. PropertySex is run by Aylo Premium, one of the largest adult companies in the world, and payments go through Probiller, a long running adult billing company. Your statement shows a discreet billing name instead of the site name, and every performer is a verified adult. Stay away from anyone offering free PropertySex logins or passwords. Those are shared or stolen accounts that get shut down, and some are just phishing pages.

Final verdict on the PropertySex Free Trial
The PropertySex free trial is a cheap way to see if the real estate roleplay idea works for you. Just treat it as a short test: it is streaming only, it renews at a steep $39.99, and the checkout tries to add Mofos. Say no to the add on, cancel early, and if you like the site, the $24.99 streaming plan or the $119.99 yearly plan with downloads are far better value.
